During this period of border closures, we have seen outstanding academic success with students who are dedicated to not delaying their future. In 2020, when compared to 2019, we saw the progression rate* of International Study Centre students increase from 80% to 93%.
We are also delighted to see our students engage and grow through the unique and exciting range of student services and value-added benefits created to support students.
We continue to have excellent student satisfaction scores, a tribute to the teachers and staff at all of the centres. According to a survey conducted by Study Group in 2020, over 75% of students surveyed indicated they were satisfied with their online course.
Flexibility for student visa holders
The Australian government has also announced greater flexibility for student visa holders in the hospitality and tourism sectors – allowing them to work beyond the current 40 hours per fortnight limit due to the impact of COVID-19.
Our commitment to our students through this period
